C02 - Link Delayed Discharges episodes conversion

We take the main data and try to match this on with the DD linkage file which is provided by the delayed discharges team. We also deal with cij variables, dates and MH episodes with no end dates. We can use the monthly beddays logic in this script as well.

We discussed that we could possibly leave this until the end if we do not have enough time as this syntax is very long and complicated
