React Leo Tutorial Upgrades

Motivation

With the addition of installing Leo from source for the React Leo Tutorial, we can update the tutorial to include as much Leo functionality as possible.

This includes:

1. installing Leo as part of the create-aleo-app flow
2. generating a new account using Leo
3. creating a new project so helloworld doesn't have a name clash when deploying
4. onboarding the user to Leo functions and beginning to abstract snarkVM away

Also just added a quick abbreviated section at the end for claiming their contributor badge.

This PR should only be merged after two PRs:

• Add Leo Installation to Create Aleo App NPM sdk#757 updates our npm scripts to include global Leo installation.
• Add a Contributor Badge Issue Template leo#2644, which adds a badge issue request template (badge.md) to cut down on developer energy required to submit a contributor badge request after completing a tutorial
