...to avoid filtering events e.g. on the switches
Effects were rerunning whenever the model state changed e.g. every time a frame is received. This should fix this issue.

This adds support for mouse, keyboard and controller input, both via the legacy API (via
user/<user>/model) and the new input API (viauser/<user>/input).
