Redid the code to use qbcore drawtext instead of cd_drawtext its almost the same one is just a dependency and the other is natively in the core.
Removed distance checks and used PolyZones for a cleaner code.
Localized Functions
Made the config options elseif instead of 2 random if statements
Made 2 new Configs, one for text so you can have different text from ped to ped.
Another new config is just a debug to turn on and off polyzones
Moved the config to only be a client file instead of shared to both client and server (no need for it to have server properties when nothing is changedf there)
