  • Trivial – trivial inconvenience possibly a suggestion or UI issue
  • Minor – minor inconvenience does not break the system
  • Major – feature is broken, work around available
  • Critical – feature is broken, work around available, client waiting
  • Blocker – feature is broken, no work around available
