This pull request contains the following main changes:

THRIFT:

  • The ambipolar root is now chosen according to a physics-based criterium (Maxwell construction)
  • The ambipolar fluxes, densities, temperatures and total beta are now saved in arrays of the type THRIFT_##. This will be useful for the transport solvers (to come)

pySTEL

  • Bremsstrahlung power density computed in FUSION
  • Collisional heat exchange-rate between two arbitrary species computed in COLLISIONS
