Changes:
Migrates nex-protocols-common-go to use the new nex-go types introduced in PretendoNetwork/nex-go#56 . The
ticket-granting,secure-connectionandmatch-makingrelated protocols have been tested and work properly. The functions arguments have been adapted to avoid usage of pointers wherever possible in consistency with the pointer being dropped in the types by default.
