We'd like to propose adding licensing Information to NuGet in form of a license.txt containing the MIT License.

Why MIT?
Looking around, most of the other powershell.org projects on GitHub seem to be under the MIT license.
We find the MIT license to be very easy to use and permissive - it also causes the least problems or incompatibilities when combined with other components and their licenses.
