This takes two tiny nix fixes out of #1812 and adds the report workflow from there, too. The workflow needs to be merged ahead of #1812 to be able to upload coverage reports to the Actions/Checks page. This is because the workflow to do that must be trusted and as such must be from this repo and not from my fork through the PR.
I tested it in my own fork and it should work like that.
