The structure of the repo has been refactor to be consistent with that produced by the Ontology Starter Kit (OST, https://github.com/INCATools/ontology-starter-kit). This should make it easier for other ontologies to import terms from PCO.
All of the expected subclass relationships in PCO were asserted (rather than relying on the reasoner to assert them), because ELK can't make the proper inferences for PCO. (In the past, we were using OORT with Hermit for releases.) These asserted relations were already in previous releases (via the hermit reasoner), so the released version should be very similar to previous releases and not lead to any changes in instance level reasoning.

This release contains only one change - obsoleting the old IRI for organismal entity (because it was of the wrong form) and replacing it with a new one, per issue #42.

This release includes a new term for "community" which is defined as a collection of interacting organisms.
