A training session is a list of activities
that you perform to keep yourself in shape.
We provide different training sessions for different intensity, body parts and scope of the training (cardio, endurance, etc)
There are two main training session types:
-
preparation
- you run through a list of exercises and you get scores by completing each of them, if you need you can pause a preparation session -
test
- you go through a list of exercises but you are asked to input some data, you can't pause this activity
During a test you are presented activities such "perform as many pushups you can in 2 minutes". When the 2 minutes end you are asked to input how many pushups you performed. That's how we compute your test score.
explain how we collect scores from preparation and test
We use this word meaning something you are asked to do during a training session
.
It can be an exercise (pushups) or a task (fill how many pushups you performed).
There are two main activity types:
-
automatic
- the activity has a fixed duration and will expire automatically -
manual
- you have to finish the activity by performing a specific action (like pressing a button)
