add firmware ID for soft devices to utilities

Add firmware ID to the soft device properties in the nrf5_get_softdevice_data function. This makes it easier to generate DFU packages for multiple targets with nrfutil: nrfutil pkg generate ... --sd-req ${local_sd_id} ..., for example.
