This PR adds a description field to a MicroSeries, as well as a code mapping for survey microdata which is categorical. One test has been added.

Nice, mapping will be better than pandas.Categorical for survey data, good call.

A MicroDataFrame-level codebook arg (dict of dicts) would be nice too.
