Mac instructions

Owltools

• Install owltools

• Easy way: download those 2 files:

• http://build.berkeleybop.org/userContent/owltools/owltools
• http://build.berkeleybop.org/userContent/owltools/owltools-runner-all.jar

• Copy the files in the following directory: /usr/local/bin

• command: cp file1 /usr/local/bin/file1
• replace file 1 by the name of the file you want to copy

• Copy the file in the following directory: /usr/local/bin

• command: cp owltools/OWLTools-Oort/bin/ontology-release-runner /usr/local/bin/ontology-release-runner

Robot

• Install Robot

• Download those 2 files (for Mac only)

• https://build.berkeleybop.org/job/robot/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/bin/robot.jar
• https://build.berkeleybop.org/job/robot/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/bin/robot

• Copy the files in the following directory: /usr/local/bin/

• Command: cp file1 /usr/local/bin/file1
