这周，我去了一趟生物实验室，练习使用显微镜。刚听到这个消息时，我既激动又期待，虽然在课堂上听过显微镜的基本知识，但这次是我第一次亲手操作，感觉非常有趣。

上课前，我兴致勃勃的冲向生物实验室，准备使用显微镜。一开始，老师为我们讲解了显微镜的基本构造和使用方法。我认真的听着，特别注意如何调整焦距和光源。之后，老师给我们分发了一个洋葱玻片标本，我把它小心翼翼的放在载物台上，开始操作显微镜。随着我慢慢调节焦距，洋葱表皮细胞的轮廓渐渐变得清晰起来。我看到了一些蜂窝状的小格子，这就是细胞。看到这些平时看不见的微小结构，我觉得特别神奇。

接着，我又换了不同的放大倍数，细胞的细节变得更加明显，甚至可以看到细胞核。通过显微镜，我第一次真正看到了课本里见过的细胞，这种亲眼看到的感觉比单纯看书要更直观也更有意思。

在这次练习中，我不仅学会了如何使用显微镜，还对微观世界有了新的认识。这次的体验让我觉得，动手实践确实是学习的一部分，只有亲自操作，才能真正体会到科学的乐趣。期待下一次的实验课，去发现更多的有趣世界！
