Remove unused workflows and modules

• Remove the following workflows:

  • qsiprep.workflows.anatomical.surface.init_segs_to_native_wf
  • qsiprep.workflows.dwi.intramodal_template.init_qsiprep_intramodal_template_wf
  • qsiprep.workflows.dwi.intramodal_template.init_nonlinear_alignment_wf
  • qsiprep.workflows.recon.converters.init_fibgz_to_mif_wf
  • qsiprep.workflows.recon.scalar_mapping.init_scalar_to_atlas_wf
  • qsiprep.workflows.recon.scalar_mapping.init_scalar_to_surface_wf
• Remove the following modules:
  • qsiprep.niworkflows.anat.ants
  • qsiprep.workflows.reports

I think a lot of these will end up being used in the scalar mapping recon workflows soon, especially the surface workflows. Some are also occasionally useful but not documented
