## Description Commit to add Dependabot yaml file to enable automatic updates. JIRA Ticket: IN-175 ## Motivation and Context Keeping our repository's dependencies up-to-date is crucial for maintaining security, performance, and stability. However, manually checking for updates and upgrading dependencies can be time-consuming and error-prone. By adding a Dependabot configuration file to this repository, we’ll enable automatic version updates for your dependencies, saving you time and effort ## How Has This Been Tested? - [ ] Added Unit Tests - [x] Tested Locally - [ ] Tested on Staging ## Types of changes - [ ] Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue) - [x] New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality) - [ ] Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to change) ## Checklist - [x] My pull request addresses exactly one patch/feature. - [x] I have created a branch for this patch/feature. - [x] Each individual commit in the pull request is meaningful.
