  • Use the new DeflateLevel to replace old static variable
  • Use the new provided modifyAtIndex to prevent unmodifiable list exception

@PavelS0 Here is the minimal PR needed to make it compatible to the latest flutter version :-) and do not change the logic in the library. This PR update the archive library ! There is no breakage in the API. So I think it qualify to a minor revision.
