Support Julia 1.0. Some bug fixes, also:

  1. when using Juno in Atom, there is a bare-bones interface to view cells (described here http://painterqubits.github.io/Devices.jl/latest/gui/), which you can use to measure approximate distances

  2. you can save patterns as eps, pdf, svg, or png now (for presentations etc)

  3. flatten takes an optional depth keyword argument, which allows you to flatten nested cell references down to a certain depth
