Description

1. 添加对齐文档。

Add：
docs/zh/llm/docs/alignment_tutorial.md
llm/docs/alignment_tutorial.md

2. 修复llm/alignment/rl/README.md中的markdown公式格式错误。
3. 将docs/zh/llm/docs/alignment_tutorial.md从实体文件变为软连接，修复pre-commit报错。
