Fixed preference not saving

Version 1.1 now saves user preference as expected, unless program closes prematurely.

To use, extract and run PyPaper.exe then you will see a new icon in your system tray. Click the icon and select a preference.

You can modify the frequency of wallpaper changes by changing the number of seconds between each new wallpaper in "frequency.txt"

To make this program run on startup, create a shortcut for PyPaper.exe and move it to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup
