Release v0.2.0 - Final Revision

Includes recent changes:

• Automatic enable of 4v if 5v started High and low power modes accessible by
• menu > Warning: will disable HOST power! Enables external oscillator as
• RTC clock source Adds newlines to serial output from other modules that
• needed it

Note: Upon examination of the commit titles, they look a little
misleading. Simply put, the "Eliminate board compatibility" (misspelled) and
the "Remove revision 2.0" commit series" are calling out the fact that old
1.2 rev board compatibility has been removed, and all preprocessor
definitions have been removed from this version of the source. This is to
prepare for the final Rev 2.0 release.
