vNext Build + Bugfixes

Using the new Visual Studio Team Services REST API 2.0 for supporting the new scriptable build system.
Bugfixes for:

• Incorrect error messages when configuring
• High quality images for profile pictures
• Allow dash in tfs uri
• Simple search filter is remembered correctly
