LGTM! @xmnlab. Thanks for working on that.
Some commentaries :
In LatinAmerica region there a lot of people who wants to contribute in opensource projects but they do not know about git, or good practices but they want (possible candidates to mentors an interns) We should find a way to include these people.
I agree with the internship content, we can try with these rules the next year.
