Resource update release

In this release a minor bug was fixed that did not allow multiple robots to connect at the same time and resources were updated.

No admin rights required

No administrator rights are now required for launching the OpenRobertaNAO program on Windows.

• Windows: using %APPDATA%/OpenRoberta for hal storage and temporary files storage
• Linux: using /home/username/OpenRoberta
• MacOS: using /Users/username/OpenRoberta

Remote HAL retrieval release

• USB program will download a new HAL for NAO if the current one is out of date
• HTTPS is used for all communication between server and USB program
• SSL detection based on given port in advanced settings for custom servers
