Clean up base chroot

dnf from host is used, it us not needed in the base chroot. Having dnf here makes bootstraping new versions of python3 harder. magic-devel, dwz etc. must be pulled from basesystem-build, no idea why they are here.

We can easily generate repositories config for both dnf and mock and use dnf not inside mock

Здесь очищаются кешированные метаданные, мок хранит их примерно там же где и весь остальной кеш и вычищается так же. Это не надо убирать.
