Fixes 6.0.0 Reference Data migrations with wrong timestamps - this fixes problems with the database
migration from 5.0.0/5.0.1, by fixing wrong timestamps in migrations. It makes migrating from 6.0.0
to 6.0.1 problematic, hence we advise migrating straight to this version
