fix(bibliographies): Ensure our dragon-CSL style handles name particl…

…e as intented

Name particles were ignored in our draft version of the CSL support used
in the Summer edition of the Tolkien studies' bibliography. Support is
being added for them, and we know how we want them rendered in our
custom MLA-derived style (demoted).
