The bot should have a "conversation" with the user over Slack DM, and ask multiple-choice questions that allow it to traverse the "flowchart".

Cache the scraped project metadata in some fashion; we probably want the cache to expire periodically, like every 24 or 48 hours or something.

We provide the bot (via configuration) with a list of GitHub organizations to scan the repositories in. Each repository should have an index.md file with the metadata we need. (Juice Shop has this now.) If you need more metadata added to index.md, such as project type (docs, deliberately insecure app, etc), determine that.

Develop a visual flowchart to indicate how we are categorizing projects, and what questions to ask to find projects of interest based on GitHub project stats and project metadata we define. We were talking about two possible approaches: technology-based and mission-based. We'll need to review this, and possibly get the feedback of other project leads.
