• Adds option to use custom image for loading/not loading throbber
• Styling updates to support Classic Theme Restorer (CTR) add-on
• Renamed throbber id so it should not require any tricks when insalling hte add-on like v1.1 and v1.0 did, it required you to disable "Classic Theme Restorer" add-on then install "Throbber Restored" then re-enable CTR. IF you had CTR initially installed

= If switched to tab, then dragged that tab position, the spinner would no longer work till you unfocused then refocused the tab
