  1. fix high cpu usage by using the downscaled pic 

    Archlinux-icon.png is a huge 2000x2000 pic and is resized to 110x100 no
matter what. If it does not fit into cache the CPU has to resize it at every refresh
(and even if it is th case it's not desirable)
