TrxerConsole

Includes the ability to transform TRX (Microsoft Visual Studio test results file) into html using xslt.
TrxerConsole.exe gets TRX path as input and generates html as output.

Added new stacktrace view
Added list of Failed tests at report's head
If stacketrace,stdout,stderr or message include image url, the image will be shown in the html report
