Add Levemir to the insulin profile list

This adds NovoNordisk Levemir (long acting) to the insulin profiles list. Numbers based on:

If your intent is to improve xDrip for everyone, there are already existing open issues and associated pull requests:

If your intent is to learn about the xDrip code so that you can modify your personal release, it's better to open a discussions and ask there instead of opening a PR: https://github.com/NightscoutFoundation/xDrip/discussions

I was not criticizing you.
It's just a suggestion.
There is also this existing PR that I'm not sure you have seen or not: #1388
