This first release of neurobytes-tools is meant to be a minimal NeuroBytes CLI that can flash any NeuroBytes board with the latest firmware from git.

-Download latest firmware releases with 'neurobytes update'
-Enter a batch flashing mode with 'neurobytes flash' and connect board to program them
