Installing EAGLE

If you want to work on this board, you'll need to install EAGLE CAD first. Here's how to get a student license:

  1. Go to the EAGLE for Education page.
  2. Create an account, or sign in if you already have one. It will ask you about your school; enter USC and you should be good.
  3. You'll get sent back to the original page, and should now see a "Download EAGLE for " link. Click it. Ignore any banner notifications about "some customers experiencing difficulty".
  4. Run the installer.
  5. Once it's complete, a window should pop up asking for a login. Enter your Autodesk account info from earlier.
  6. Done!
