We're brewing soon, might as well release now.

See the attached binaries, or you can compile with cargo build --release. This crate is also published, so you can say cargo install bcs_network.

# On the master station
$ bcs_network master

# On the RTUs
$ bcs_network rtu

Attached are binaries for both the master station and RTUs.

Note: when running the master API, it will say "RTU mode enabled". That's fine, ignore it.
