This version brings some pretty huge improvements. Overall, stability is much better with this version. There's also some UI changes, and the code is just better.

Installation
On the RTU
$ cargo install nbc_iris
$ cargo install NBC_cli
On the master station, get the latest version of starscourge, run npm build and serve the dist folder.

Wiretap
NavasotaBrewing/wiretap is a small python utility for recording events from the iris server. It's not really ready for release, but it's usable. Clone it and run it with python.
