feat: apple filter to cover ios and visionos together

What is the current behavior?

There was an <ios> and <visionos> view filter but needed an all encompassing Apple one to cover iOS and visionOS together.

What is the new behavior?

Adds <apple> view filter to cover when wanted for all apple platforms.
