Schema validation

• Adds json schema validation for aarvark records via rake task to CI run
• Adds ruby script to /misc (see: https://github.com/NYU-DataServices/gis-metadata-staging/blob/d9fb4ada3ac51005fa0880270115437c2af94e53/misc/aardvark-schema-patching.rb) to patch the records and make them validate to the schema.
  • Casts dct_description_sm, dct_identifier_sm, dct_language_sm, dct_publisher_sm, gbl_resourceClass_sm, and gbl_resourceType_sm fields to String array
  • Casts gbl_indexYear_im to Integer array
  • If no gbl_resourceClass_sm is set, adds default value of "Other"
• Commits updated/patched aardvark records
