- Add a check in doi_manager.py to make sure that if "build_dois" is selected then number of sys.arg (len) should be 6
- If "build_dois" selected collect sys.arg[4] and sys.arg[5] to pass parameters to DOI_Minter for contact and unit
- Move the GSheets api code out of DOI_Minter.doi_registration and add it as a new function in gsheet utils
- Remove committed files for which only newlines changed
