I'm walking through the repo and making some notes. This is a long list but not all of them are necessary and alot of them are easy.

• Rename master to main, maybe use develop branch
• Add, "else, go on to the next step" to the "If using conda for python management," section. Update readme #305
• I want to rethink the Quickstart section. I don't like framing it as two functions. Update readme #305
• We should pull the example notebook in the quickstart section. Update readme #305
• We need descriptive docs for the configs.
• Link in "Docs for the format of the output is here." Doesn't work.
• Add Charile to the available models
• Remove scripts #154
• Remove old conda envs #152
• Rename building processing to data processing #153
• Rename AlgoMainRNNBase.py #307
• Move Models out of Charlie
• Rename variable df_inputdata in read_dataset_from_file to dataset_config
• Move check_complete somewhere else
• Docstring more of our functions.
• Break up some of our longer functions. moved to Break up some of our longer functions. #306

We've already open-sourced Wattile, so this issue is kind of moot. Still, we should check off anything that is done and create new issues to track anything that is not done (if issues don't already exist).
