PyFerret Version 7.0.0 release candidate
The PyFerret version number was adjust to match that of the Ferret engine source code contained in this module.

Includes support for forecast-model-run collections.
Includes Python objects (FerDSet, FerAggDSet, FerVar, FerPyVar,FerRegion, FerGrid, FerAxis) and more methods to enable data handling and plotting without (or with minimal) knowledge of the Ferret language.
