RRFS_dev1_20211207
This is the last known configuration of RRFS_dev1, an experimental real-time run used for RRFS development for the NA 3km domain. This branch currently supports DA Cycling with spin up cycles, EnKF cycling with an ensemble, retro and real-time cases, and much more. This tag is meant to support history for several other tags needed elsewhere. It is not necessarily the latest/greatest in RRFS development or experimental purposes at this moment, and is meant for archival purposes only. Please consult with a code manager in the AVID group for using this release for scientific purposes.
RRFS_dev2_20211207
This is the last known configuration of RRFS_dev2, an experimental real-time run used for RRFS development in Summer 2021. This branch supported DA cycling for a 3 km CONUS domain. Any relevant work would have been incorporated into RRFS_dev1 for continued support and development in the 3km NA Domain configuration at that time.
RRFS_dev3_20211207
This is the last known configuration of RRFS_dev3, an experimental real-time run used for RRFS development in Summer 2021. This branch supported DA cycling for a 3 km CONUS domain. Any relevant work would have been incorporated into RRFS_dev1 for continued support and development in the 3km NA Domain configuration at that time.
RRFS_dev4_20211207
This is the last known configuration of RRFS_dev4, an experimental real-time run used for RRFS development in Summer 2021. This branch supported DA cycling for a 3 km CONUS domain. Any relevant work would have been incorporated into RRFS_dev1 for continued support and development in the 3km NA Domain configuration at that time.
RRFS_dev2_20210513
Initial test version of RRFS data assimilation system with cycling setups, GSI hybrid analysis using conventional observations and radar radial wind, cloud/radar/lightning data pre-processing, non-variational cloud analysis and radar tten calculations.
RRFS_dev3_20210519
Supports cold start forecasts using an older version of UFS Utils before it was merged to the community master and worked before many fixes were applied to the single branches.
