Introduction to the MML SAR GitHub Repositories

To date there are two MML SAR GitHub repositories: the Alaska Region Stock Assessment Reports reporitory (alaska-sar) and the West Coast Region Stock Assessment Reports repository (west-coast-sar). Screenshots of each MML SAR GitHub Repository are provided below and each repository contains a README.md file containing basic project information.
