Quickstart tutorial enhancements (issue #289)

Description

This PR addresses those parts of issue #289 (feedback from running the quickstart tutorial) that can be fixed in the QCFractal quickstart guide. Namely,

•	near "all data will be lost warning" need link to how to set up a server pemanently
•	define "snowflake". may just need to fix formatting.
•	in the tutorial?, don't name the conda env "snowflake", as that's confusing.
•	quickstart tutorial, input [6], rename dict from options to spec?
•	when new qcf term introduced, provide link to API docs

The remaining feedback items have been moved into issue MolSSI/QCArchiveWebsite#35.
