HistoJS can be deployed on clusters, as well as on the cloud or a local client-side machine. The system requirements for optimal performance are an average GPU with a GeForce GTX 1050 Ti of 768 cores and a 4GB buffer, 7Gbps memory speed, an Intel® Core™ i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz × 12, and a system memory of 16 GB. With these specifications, HistoJS is capable of rendering and processing immunofluorescence images with fast response times.
