NOTE: If you install SSHd you need admin rights, and currently you 
           need to manually uninstall the service using the packaged script
           before removing the environment. See README.

You also need to ensure you have permissions to run external
powershell scripts https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee176961.aspx
