- Removed buildSrc, using published GradleUtils instead of self-building.
- Silenced warnings in PomUtils for changes that only matter in GU 3.0.
- Small code cleanup
- Locked down PromoteArtifact task (was already marked as internal and was introduced recently)
Was marked as experimental so I'm scott-free on this one. Will be re-added in GU3.0.
