This PR includes adjustments for
/blockfor user and internal commands. It basically reuses the code for/search/transactionto present operations and other transaction details in the block endpoint response. For now only initial comparison testing enabled as zkapp commands are not yet addressed (will be hadled in next PR).Addressing #53, #76.
