Backend task for currency converter.

Some things to take into account:

Ideally, the Domain, Service, and Repository would be separate projects, but for simplicity, they are represented as folders inside the main project.
In the repository unit tests, when testing the exceptions I've used the sample messages from the CNB's swagger. Ideally, I would've used more detailed messages.
